Every Kenyan child deserves health, education, and a future worth growing into.

Good Neighbors Kenya walks alongside the country's most vulnerable families — county by county, neighbor by neighbor — turning aid into lasting independence.

Who we are

A good neighbor shows up — and stays.

Good Neighbors is an international humanitarian organisation founded on the belief that every child has the right to live with dignity. In Kenya, we work hand-in-hand with communities, county governments, and partners to make that right real.

We are rights-based, child-focused, and guided by the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child — and fully accountable under Kenya's PBO Act.

How our approach works

We start where need is greatest — food, water, a safe school — and we stay long enough to build the income, skills, and local systems that make our help unnecessary. Every project begins with the community, not a blueprint imported from outside. It is designed alongside county partners, grounded in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and held accountable through independent audits that we publish in full. Donors and communities can see exactly how every shilling moves from contribution to outcome. When a family no longer needs us, that is not a loss — it is the point.
